Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Anchorage, AK – in-home, school, and community settings

Schedule: Based on client needs and your availability (8:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

Job Type: Part‑Time or Full‑Time

Compensation: $18/hour during training; $21–$26/hour once certified

Benefits: Flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, paid sick leave, supervision hours for BCaBA/BCBA certification

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA programming under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized Treatment and Behavior Intervention Plans
• Record and report session data accurately using electronic systems
• Write session notes and obtain guardian signatures
• Report unexpected behaviors to supervising BCBA; communicate parent concerns
• Adhere to BACB ethics, HIPAA, and company policies
• Maintain certifications (e.g., RBT, CPR, HIPAA)
• Attend staff training and team meetings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• RBT certification or willingness to become certified
• Experience with children preferred
• Reliable transportation required
